Dr. Jennifer Gu will present the findings from a new study published in Sleep Medicine: X showing how Magtein® magnesium L-threonate improved sleep quality, especially during deep & REM sleep stages, improved mood, energy, alertness, and daily activity and productivity. A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled, parallel-arm trial design was employed, with 80 participants between the ages of 35 and 55 who self-reported poor sleep quality. Magtein® is a brain bioavailable magnesium with clinicals supporting improved neuronal function. It has extensive human and animal studies and robust safety support from institutions around the world. More studies are in the pipeline.
