Angela Diesch has extensive experience representing cosmetics companies in commercial, products liability and class action litigation, as well as with regulatory advice and counsel. Angela helps companies navigate regulatory hurdles to ensure compliance with California state law and the statutes and regulations enforced by the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory agencies. Angela provides outside General Counsel services to cosmetic companies to meet the daily challenges that arise in the dynamic and competitive cosmetic industry. Angela is also Chair for NSF International’s Joint Committee on Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics, NSF/ANSI 455-3 (an audit standard).
