Nick Mendoza is Co-Founder & CEO of Neptune. Neptune is a mission-driven snack food brand that makes healthy, sustainable, and shockingly delicious seafood snacks, while seeking to address large-scale problems of waste and traceability in global fisheries. From a research career working in 8 countries and sailing the Pacific as a Stanford Marine Scientist, and an upbringing on a cattle ranch in New Mexico, Nick’s passion for fisheries, our food system, and the oceans are rooted in the unique experiences that drove him to entrepreneurship.
