Melissa Jurgensmier has led human resources teams for 20 years at a strategic leadership level and began her career at Ortho Molecular Products in early 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, played basketball in college, loves to be active, and is a Human Resources Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. Melissa serves on the Executive Leadership team at Ortho, her business experience has always been in a company growth environment where the strategic focus on culture and engagement drive organizational health. She believes in continuous improvement for success as we grow to create standards of excellence, process improvement, and succeed in the achievement of our vision. Melissa joined Ortho because of what we do and believes in why we do it; she is proud of our commitment to the health and wellness of our teams through our corporate Wellness program. Melissa supports that everyone is called to be a leader in an organization, works to provide learning and development opportunities to all team members, and appreciates people as the greatest asset of our company. She resides in Central Wisconsin with her husband Joe, they have five children.​​​​​​​
